Payment Policy – Claims Right, LLC

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

At Claims Right, LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness, clarity, and efficiency, the following payment policies apply to all services:

Inspections (Roof, Interior, Exterior, Drone, etc.)

Payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.

This includes but is not limited to roof inspections, interior/exterior property inspections, drone inspections, and moisture scans.

Adjuster Meetings

Payment is required upfront to reserve your scheduled time.

Each appointment includes 1 hour on site.

Any additional time is billed at $25 per 15 minutes, charged to the card on file or invoiced immediately following the appointment.

Additional time may be purchased in advance through add-ons when scheduling.

Repairs, Tarp Installs, Engineer Assists, and Maintenance Services

A deposit of 30–50% of the quoted cost is required to secure scheduling.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of work.

In certain cases, work may not be completed the same day as inspection or estimate; it will be attempted if time permits.

Trusted Roofing Partners & Repeat Clients

For established partners, Claims Right may extend completion-based billing or net 7 / net 14 day terms, at our discretion.

Any overdue balance will incur a late fee of 5% per week until paid in full.

Itel Samples

Claims Right does not provide Itel sample reports.

We only collect samples and either ship them or provide them to the customer to ship directly.

Customers must order and purchase Itel reports themselves.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 cancellation charge.

Rescheduling may be accommodated if notice is given before the 24-hour cutoff, subject to availability.

Non-Payment

Failure to remit payment as outlined above may result in cancellation of services, suspension of future appointments, or legal collection efforts.
